REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer any returns or exchanges. This is due to hygiene reasons. All products are thoroughly quality checked before dispatch to prevent any issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at babeluxuryy@yahoo.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your return has been approved, you have 14 days to ship your item back to us. Upon receipt we will inspect the return and if appropriate refund you within 3-5 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be faulty or damaged to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on non-faulty items. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
REFUNDS: Once received the item and approved the return we will process the refund to you payment method and may take 10 working days for you to receive the refund of the item.
